Transfer of Personal Data<\/h3>\n<p>Your personal data may be transferred for the purposes above and in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to: our service providers (hosting, e-mail\/SMS delivery infrastructure, CRM, analytics), advertising and analytics partners (Meta, Google), the Message Management System (\u0130YS) for the notification of consent and opt-out records for commercial electronic messages, and to legally authorised public institutions. Where a transfer abroad is involved (for example advertising, analytics and communication services with servers located outside T\u00fcrkiye), the transfer is carried out within the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"en-collection\">1.5. Method of Collection<\/h3>\n<p>Your personal data is collected by wholly or partly automated means through: forms on the website, promotional and enquiry forms (lead forms) published on advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook\/Instagram) and Google, cookies and similar tracking technologies, telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail and face-to-face meetings. Information you submit through advertising platform forms is transmitted to us securely by the relevant platform and processed within the scope of this notice.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"en-rights\">1.6. Rights of the Data Subject (Art. 11 KVKK)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>to learn whether your personal data is being processed<\/li>\n<li>to request information if it has been processed<\/li>\n<li>to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose<\/li>\n<li>to know the third parties in T\u00fcrkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred<\/li>\n<li>to request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately<\/li>\n<li>to request erasure or destruction<\/li>\n<li>to request that corrections and erasures be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred<\/li>\n<li>to object to an outcome to your detriment arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems<\/li>\n<li>to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"en-application\">1.7. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"acik-riza\">2. Explicit Consent Statement<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"en-consent-scope\">2.1. Scope of Consent<\/h3>\n<p>The identity and contact details (name and surname, telephone, e-mail) you share through the contact and enquiry forms on our website and through promotional and enquiry forms (lead forms) published on platforms such as Meta (Facebook\/Instagram) and Google, together with your preferences regarding the project you are interested in, may be processed for the purposes of marketing, promotion, campaigns, profiling\/segmentation and satisfaction measurement.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"en-consent-abroad\">2.2. Transfer and Transfer Abroad<\/h3>\n<p>Data within this scope may be transferred only for the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to our service providers (e-mail\/SMS delivery infrastructure, CRM, analytics) and to advertising and analytics partners (for example Meta, Google). Consent and Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>You may give the statement \u201cI accept the processing and transfer of my personal data within the scope described in the Explicit Consent Statement\u201d by ticking the relevant box in the forms on our website, or by accepting the consent statement in the forms on advertising platforms.<\/p>\n<p>You may withdraw this consent at any time and without giving any reason by contacting info [at] ikonproje.com. Explicit consent applies to processing that is not required for the establishment or performance of a contract or for legal obligations; if you withdraw it, processing within that scope is stopped.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ticari-iletisim\">3. Commercial Electronic Message Consent<\/h2>\n<p>This section is the information and consent text for commercial electronic messages to be sent under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and related legislation.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"en-marketing-consent\">3.1.
