What separates İkon GYO from other developers is our operating model: the designer and the builder are the same organisation. Architecture is produced by İkon Proje Architects and construction is carried out by İkon GYO. The common industry problem — beautiful on paper, different on site — does not arise in this model.
İkon Proje Architects holds a European Property Awards distinction. It means the architectural quality behind our projects has been assessed by an independent international jury — something few firms at Kayseri’s scale can state.
Seven projects since 2010: 216 residential units, 12 commercial units and one school campus, totalling 47,716 m². Four projects in Melikgazi, two in Talas, one in Kocasinan. Our work is not limited to housing — it includes mixed-use developments and the completion of an educational building.
All projects are designed and built in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code, with supervision by independent authorised bodies. Smart-home and electric-vehicle charging infrastructure is standard in the İkon Nevbahçe villas. Commitment to the delivery schedule is not a promise but a record — four completed projects.
We operate in three languages — Turkish, English and German — because our portfolio is also of interest to Turkish citizens living abroad and to international investors.
