Our Story→İkon GYO is a real-estate development company based in Kayseri, Türkiye. Across the districts of Melikgazi, Talas and Kocasinan we have delivered 216 residential units, 12 commercial units and one school campus — 47,716 m² of construction area in total. Four projects in our portfolio are complete and handed over; three are under construction.
Our developments are structured to answer different living scales and user profiles. Nevbahçe offers detached villas, each defined by its own private garden; Nevada and Nevzade offer compact 2.5+1 layouts. Completed projects form the concrete record of our delivery performance — the most reliable way to judge a developer is the present condition of its oldest project.
The architecture of our projects is undertaken by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. Because design and construction are carried out within the same organisation, the concept travels from the first sketch to handover without distortion. All buildings are constructed in full compliance with the earthquake code in force, and the delivery schedule is treated as a binding commitment. Smart-home and electric-vehicle charging infrastructure is standard equipment in the İkon Nevbahçe villas.
Our projects are located in Kayseri’s three central districts. Melikgazi holds four: the Nevbahçe villas, Dama Konut, Fonart İldem and the AGÜV school campus. Talas holds the Nevada and Nevzade residential projects, and Kocasinan holds the mixed-use Fonart Beyazşehir. Each district differs in urban fabric, density character and housing demand; we diversify the portfolio according to that reading.
