Construction work at Dama Konut began in 2008. Located at Yıldırım Beyazıt Mahallesi, Melikgazi / Kayseri, the project was planned as 24, 3+1 and scheduled for delivery in 2010.
The architecture was prepared by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. Because design and construction are carried out within the same organisation, the concept travels from the first sketch to handover without distortion.
The building was constructed in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code in force, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
