Construction work at İkon Nevada began on 19 October 2024. Located at Tablakaya Mahallesi, Talas / Kayseri, the project was planned as 25 Konut + 1 İşyeri, 2.5+1 and scheduled for delivery in 2026.
The architecture was prepared by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. Because design and construction are carried out within the same organisation, the concept travels from the first sketch to handover without distortion.
The building was constructed in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code in force, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
