Work continues on the İkon Nevada site. The project has reached 95% completion and delivery is planned for 2026.
Located at Tablakaya Mahallesi, Talas / Kayseri, the project is structured as 25 Konut + 1 İşyeri, 2.5+1. Construction began on 19 October 2024 and works are progressing according to the planned schedule.
The architecture is by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. The building is being constructed in full compliance with the earthquake code in force, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
