Construction work at İkon Nevbahçe began in 2025. Located at Altınoluk Mahallesi, Melikgazi / Kayseri, the project was planned as 22 Villa, Müstakil Bahçeli Villa and scheduled for delivery in 2027.
The architecture was prepared by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. Because design and construction are carried out within the same organisation, the concept travels from the first sketch to handover without distortion.
The building was constructed in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code in force, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
