Located at Altınoluk Mahallesi, Melikgazi / Kayseri, the project is structured as 22 Villa, Müstakil Bahçeli Villa. Construction began in 2025 and works are progressing according to the planned schedule.
The architecture is by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. The building is being constructed in full compliance with the earthquake code in force, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
