Construction work at Fonart AGÜV Okul began in November 2019. Located at Tavlusun Mahallesi No: 4, Melikgazi / Kayseri, the project was planned as 1 Ortaokul + 1 Anaokulu and scheduled for delivery in 2020.
The architecture was prepared by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. Because design and construction are carried out within the same organisation, the concept travels from the first sketch to handover without distortion.
The building was constructed in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code in force, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
