Fonart İldem was completed and handed over on 1 June 2018. Located at İldem, Melikgazi / Kayseri, the project comprises 56 konut + 4 İşyeri, 3+1.
Construction began on 16 November 2016 and was concluded within the planned schedule. For İkon GYO, meeting the delivery date is not a promise but a record set by completed projects.
The architecture was by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects; the building complied with the earthquake code in force at the time of delivery, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
