Fonart İldem is a mixed-use project of 56 homes and 4 commercial units with a construction area of 10,470 m², located in the İldem area of Melikgazi. It was completed and handed over in 2018. The apartments are planned as 3+1 units.
Functionality was the priority in İldem's apartment layouts: spacious living areas resolved around the real habits of daily life. The 3+1 arrangement is the apartment type most in demand from family structures in Kayseri; the project was planned as a measured response to that demand. The architectural design was carried out by the internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects; the building was constructed in compliance with the earthquake code in force at the time of handover, and building inspection was carried out by independent authorised bodies.
