İkon Nevzade is a boutique-scale residential project of 19 homes with a construction area of 1,950 m², located in the Talas neighbourhood of Talas. The apartments are planned as 2.5+1 units. The defining characteristic of Nevzade is its scale: unlike large complexes, the aim was to create a human-scale building where residents know one another and a sense of neighbourliness is preserved.
In a project of 19 homes, the use of shared areas, parking density and daily circulation all work differently from large complexes. Nevzade's planning decisions were built on turning that scale into an advantage: fewer independent units, a calmer shared life and a building that is easy to manage. It was conceived for families who want to live away from the crowd without cutting themselves off from the city centre.

The architectural design of Nevzade belongs to the internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects; with its elegant lines and careful detailing it carries the İkon signature. The building is being constructed in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code in force, with building inspection carried out by independent authorised bodies. Heating is provided by individual combi boilers; the building has one lift. Construction is at 10% completion; handover is planned for 2027.
