The İkon GYO portfolio currently holds seven projects: three under construction and on sale, four completed and delivered. In total 216 residential units, 12 commercial units and one school campus — 47,716 m² of construction area. Our first project was delivered in 2010; the newest completes in 2027.
All projects are in Kayseri’s three central districts. Melikgazi holds four: the İkon Nevbahçe villas, Dama Konut, Fonart İldem and the AGÜV school campus. Talas holds two residential projects — İkon Nevada and İkon Nevzade. Kocasinan holds the mixed-use Fonart Beyazşehir.
Ongoing projects offer wider choice of unit and payment terms; at an early stage you can still select floor and orientation. Completed projects serve a different purpose: they show whether a developer delivers what it promises. Use the filter above to review each group separately.
Every project page lists location, delivery year, number of units, unit types and total construction area, along with floor plans, exterior and interior galleries, a satellite location map and frequently asked questions. İkon Nevbahçe additionally offers an interior virtual tour.
The architecture of every project is by internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. Because the designer and the builder are the same organisation, design quality carries through to the construction site. All projects are built in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code, with supervision by independent authorised bodies.
