Architectural design and construction

The architectural design of the project was carried out by the internationally awarded İkon Proje Architects. A plain and timeless architectural language was chosen: an approach that favours a facade and material language that will hold its value over the long term rather than following passing trends. Because the same organisation designs and builds, design decisions are applied on site with the same discipline.

Structural safety and handover

The project is being built in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code in force; building inspection is carried out by independent authorised bodies. Heating is provided by a central system; the building has two lifts. Construction has reached 95% completion and is planned for handover in 2026 — that is, it is at the stage closest to delivery.
